MedQuest draws upon its deep operational experience and industry knowledge to deliver high-quality, cost-effective imaging services to patients and increased market share and financial performance for its hospital and health system partners.
MedQuest provides full turnkey outpatient imaging center joint venture (JV) and management, including daily operations management, marketing, billing and collections, center development and all financial and other support functions. Having worked with health systems for decades, MedQuest understands how to optimize multi-site imaging networks for success

Jason Howard
Chief Executive Officer
Jason carries nearly 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry across a variety of segments. Most recently, he served as President and COO of Sound Physicians, a hospital-based physician practice with 350 programs and 4,500 clinicians across 42 states. Jason has deep experience developing leaders and enhancing systems and processes that make it easier for caregivers to reach and care for patients. Having begun his career as a Physical Therapist, Jason remains focused on the simple mission of delivering high quality care to patients who are often at their most vulnerable state.
Bruce Elder
Chief Development Officer
Bruce leads all strategic growth and development initiatives, including hospital partnerships, acquisitions, and new center development. His 25-plus years in healthcare and strategic development include executive roles at MedQuest along with a VP role at Meridican Corporate Healthcare. Prior to re-joining MedQuest in 2014, he was a principal with ghSMART, the leading executive assessment and leadership advisory firm for private equity sponsors and Fortune 500 companies. Michele Fox
Chief People Officer
Michele oversees our people strategy, emphasizing talent management, employee experiences, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Her 15-plus years of experience transforming organizational cultures and processes includes her role as Chief People Officer at LifeLabs Learning and VP of Global HR and Communications at Americold Logistics. Michele's proven track record in leading through change, particularly during Americold's IPO and subsequent people strategies, underscores her exceptional skills in people leadership and corporate culture cultivation.
Anisha Madan
Chief Financial Officer
Anisha is at the forefront of financial stewardship, guiding strategies and operations. Her previous leadership as CFO at Emids, marked by transformative acquisitions and improved financial performance, exemplifies her skill in business partnership, fostering organizational efficiency and enabling growth. Anisha's accomplishments, recognized with the CFO of the Year Award by the Nashville Business Journal, and her seasoned background at Change Healthcare and GE Healthcare reflect her comprehensive expertise. Anisha is a Nashville healthcare council fellow, class of 2022.
Aalpen A. Patel MD MBA
Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer
Dr. Patel is a highly respected figure in the fields of radiology and healthcare AI. He has nearly a decade of experience at the University of Pennsylvania and 13 years at Geisinger, where he served as Chair of Radiology and Medical Director of AI. As the physician-engineer CCIO at MedQuest, he is responsible for overseeing clinical practices and innovation in medical imaging. Dr. Patel ensures excellence in service delivery, quality, and patient safety. He plays a crucial role in setting the strategic clinical direction for imaging services and is a driving force behind innovation in product development and care models at MedQuest.
Nilesh Rajadhyax
Chief Operating Officer
Nilesh has spent most of his career helping healthcare companies become more efficient and profitable. Prior to joining MedQuest, he served as chief operating officer and interim CEO at Great Expressions Dental Centers. He has also held senior roles at Heartland Dental, TransUnion, and McKinsey & Company, where he spent seven years focused on corporate strategy and operational efficiency engagements for health-related organizations. At MedQuest, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall goals for enterprise operations and financial performance.
Jennifer Wesson
Chief Information Officer
Jennifer possesses over two decades of rich experience in the IT field, having worked with multiple healthcare systems and prestigious IT companies like Cerner. Jennifer is celebrated for her leadership in harnessing IT to innovate healthcare delivery, mainly outpatient imaging services. Her notable tenure as CIO at City of Hope Atlanta, Phoenix, & Chicago, where she led pivotal IT strategies and projects such as the Epic rollout, demonstrates her dynamic and transformative approach to IT management.
